At Cryo, it all starts with the apple trees.
On our 3.5 hectares, we raise our 1250 offspring with love. We grow the best varieties: McIntosh, Spartan, Empire, Cortland and Golden Russet.
Every day, our know-how shapes our history. From our orchard to your glass, we are the artisans of a culture that we pass on and share with passion.
Inspired by cider since 2007, we like to explore and discover all its nuances. Because we are naturally curious and always on the lookout for original flavours.

CRYO IS...
A CIDER-CULTURE ARTISAN, AN OWNER, A CELLAR MASTER... HUGO POLIQUIN!
Hugo grew up on the family land in Saint-Basile-le-Grand, in Montérégie. After working for ten years in the audiovisual sector, he returned to his first love: agriculture.
It was then that he decided to create his first cider. The results obtained are convincing. Hugo then decides to continue the adventure. In 2007, he established the Cryo cider house in Mont-Saint-Hilaire. This is where he grows his apple trees and develops the products, from pressing to bottling.

A BOUTIQUE OPEN , SATURDAYS FROM 11AM TO 5PM
During your visit to the cider house boutique, you can select your favourite ciders through tastings. We will guide you on the different pairings. You will also learn the methods of making ciders.
* Rest of the year, barring exceptions, the Cidrerie Cryo boutique opens its doors to you every Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

A SUMMER TERRACE AND SEASONAL EVENTS.
When the pleasure of flavours is combined with the pleasure of the eyes, you are at Cidrerie Cryo. Comfortably installed on the terrace, facing Mont-Saint-Hilaire, your picnic, our cider... The perfect moment!
Want to snack while sipping your Cryo on our terrace? Stop at the « Mes petits caprices » farm. Just 200 meters from the cider house, to buy cheese to accompany your tasting.
The Cidrerie Cryo terrace welcomes you in season, every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
