Hugo Poliquin grew up on family land in Saint-Basile-le-Grand, in Montérégie. After working for ten years in the audiovisual industry, he returned to his first love: agriculture.
It was then that 'he decides to create his first cider. The results obtained are convincing. Hugo then decides to continue the adventure. In 2007, he established the Cryo cider house in Mont-Saint-Hilaire. This is where he grows his apple trees. Develops the products, from pressing to bottling.
