      Establishment of a new variety in the orchard, the Golden Russet.

      Two Grand Gold medals for our cuvée ice cream Cryo.

      Introduction of our sparkling Cryo on large tables, including Laurie Raphael and Toqué.

      Introduction of natural fertilization in the orchard.
      2014
      Beginning of the export of ice cider to France.
      A record number of participants in our winter harvest bringing together 250 people.
      Law changes, Cryo arrives on the shelves.

      Launch of Cryo Houblonné.

      Launch of the blocked cider: the Trad.
