Color and effervescence
Straw yellow in color with fine bubbles.
Fruity and floral, with lovely hints of fresh green apples and hops.
On the palate, this cider has flavors of green apples and citrus offered by the hops, with a crumb finish provided by contact with Belgian yeast.
This cider is very dry with a hint of acidity which brings a lot of freshness. This cider could recall the flavors of white beers.
On the terrace, as an aperitif, with appetizers, grills, pizza, burger, tacos, nachos.
McIntosh, Spartan, Empire and Golden Russet.

The must which comes from freshly pressed apples is fermented at low temperature in stainless steel tanks for 3 to 4 months. Cold maceration of hops is carried out for a few weeks before bottling to impart aromatic notes. Then, the cider is bottled with its yeasts to continue a secondary fermentation of more or less 6 months which will create the bubbles.
