Color and effervescence
Straw yellow in color with fine bubbles.
Fruity and floral, with lovely hints of ripe apples.
On the palate, this cider has a fruity flavor of ripe apples, it could recall the flavors of white beers with its breadcrumb finish provided by the contact with Belgian yeast.
This cider is very dry with a hint of acidity which brings a lot of freshness.
As an aperitif, to change the beer, to accompany various starters, chips, olives, a plate of cold meats, or with a burger or duck sausage.
McIntosh, Spartan, Empire and Golden Russet.

500 ml - 6.9% alc. / vol.
The must which comes from freshly pressed apples is fermented at low temperature in stainless steel tanks for 3 to 4 months. Cold maceration of hops is carried out for a few weeks before bottling to impart aromatic notes. Then, the cider is bottled with its yeasts to continue a secondary fermentation of more or less 6 months which will create the bubbles.
